Doctora en Economía por la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile y profesora asociada de la Universidad del Desarrollo. Fue consejera de la Comisión Nacional de Productividad y del Comité de Ecosistemas de CORFO, y directora académica de GEM Chile. Es directora independiente de empresas y ha presidido comités de ESG y de riesgo en instituciones financieras.
Ph.D. in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Associate Professor at Universidad del Desarrollo. She served on Chile's National Productivity Commission and CORFO's Ecosystems Committee, and was Academic Director of GEM Chile. She is an independent company director and has chaired ESG and risk committees in financial institutions.

Investiga las decisiones de los emprendedores y el emprendimiento de migrantes, personas mayores y comunidades rurales.
Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex and Associate Professor at Universidad del Desarrollo, where he directs the Ph.D. in Business Economics. He was National Coordinator of GEM Chile and leads the GUESSS project at his university. His research covers entrepreneurs' decisions and entrepreneurship among migrants, older adults, and rural communities.

Es director de investigación de la Facultad de Gobierno de la Universidad del Desarrollo, investigador asociado de OPHI (Universidad de Oxford) y visiting fellow del International Inequalities Institute de LSE. Dirige el programa CIPEM sobre personas mayores y ha sido consultor para el Banco Mundial, PNUD, UNICEF y OCDE.
